Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Information

All of my paintings are shipped using fully trackable and signed for services and are insured during transit. You will receive email notification once I have shipped your order, together with the tracking details.

Greetings Cards will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class Post. You will receive email notification once I have shipped your order.

Helpful note: If you wish to place an order for more than one greetings card, please do so using one of the various sized Packs of Greetings Cards (this will save you money on postage & packaging).

Please note that at present I am only delivering within the UK.

 

Packaging

 

For canvases, the first layer of wrapping is always glassine paper, as this won't stick to the surface of the painting. Paintings are then further wrapped in bubble wrap and sandwiched between two sheets of hardboard for extra protection, before being packaged in a box and surrounded by more packing materials. The box is then sealed in a thick postage bag ready for shipping.

Processing Time

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies, however I always endeavour to dispatch orders within 3 - 5 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

United Kingdom only: 1 - 2 business days

I do my best to meet these dispatch and delivery estimates, but can't guarantee them. 

Return & Refund Policy

Returns and Cancellations

To return an item, please:

Contact me within 14 days of delivery and

dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.

​To request cancellation of an order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase.

Please note, however, that paintings created to order on a commission basis are non-refundable, unless damaged in transit.

 

Conditions of Return

​Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs and for ensuring that the item is appropriately packaged  -please use the original packaging materials and an insured, trackable postal service. If an item is not returned in its original condition, then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

​Please note that refunds (less outward postage costs) will not be made until I am in receipt of the item in its original condition.
