All of my Original Paintings are shipped using fully trackable and signed for services and are insured during transit. You will receive email notification once I have shipped your order, together with the tracking details.
Fine Art Prints are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 - insured and fully tracked. You will receive email notification once I have shipped your order, together with the tracking details.
Greeting Cards will be shipped via Royal Mail First Class Post. You will receive email notification once I have shipped your order.
Helpful note: If you wish to place an order for more than one greeting card, please do so using one of the various sized Packs of Greeting Cards (this will save you money on the cost per card).
Please note that at present I am only delivering within the UK.
I always take great care over packaging items. For Canvases, the first layer of wrapping is always glassine paper, as this won't stick to the surface of the painting. Paintings are then further wrapped in bubble wrap and sandwiched between two sheets of hardboard for extra protection, before being packaged in a box and surrounded by more packing materials. The box is then sealed in a thick postage bag ready for shipping.
For Framed Paintings, these are wrapped in bubble wrap and sandwiched between two sheets of hardboard for added protection, before being packaged in a box and surrounded by additional packing materials. The box is then sealed in a thick postage bag ready for shipping.
Fine Art Prints will first be wrapped in glassine paper and placed in a protective cellophane sleeve. They will then be packed flat in a board backed envelope, together with a piece of hardboard, to prevent damage from bending.
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies, however I always endeavour to dispatch orders within 3 - 5 business days, but it's usually much quicker than this.

Return & Refund Policy
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
To return or exchange an item, please:
Contact me within 14 days of delivery and
post items back to me within 30 days of delivery.
To request cancellation of an order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase.
Please note, however, that paintings created to order on a commission basis are non-refundable, unless damaged in transit.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs and for ensuring that the item is appropriately packaged - please use the original packaging materials and an insured, trackable postal service. If an item is not returned in its original condition, then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note that refunds will not be made until I am in receipt of the item in its original condition.
