Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

To return or exchange an item, please:

​

Contact me within 14 days of delivery and

post items back to me within 30 days of delivery.

​

​To request cancellation of an order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase.

​

Please note, however, that paintings created to order on a commission basis are non-refundable, unless damaged in transit.

 

Conditions of Return

​

​Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs and for ensuring that the item is appropriately packaged  - please use the original packaging materials and an insured, trackable postal service. If an item is not returned in its original condition, then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

 

​Please note that refunds will not be made until I am in receipt of the item in its original condition.
